Team Pudding!
Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Jolly EVs: 6HP/252ATK/252SPE
Moves: Taunt/Stealth Rock/Earthquake/Stone Edge
---
Good old Aero, a classic lead. I chose Aerodactyl because it has the ability to set up Stealth Rock, while at the same time he can stop the opposing Pokemon from setting up. Aero here can also dish out some damage with EdgeQuake.
Dragonite @ Leftovers
Ability: Multi-Scale
Nature: Careful EVs: 252HP/212SPD/46SPE
Moves: Thunder Wave/Heal Bell/Roost/Dragon Claw
---
Now this Dragonite is pretty awesome. It is a very good supporter. Basically this thing is meant to heal status, paralyze, and heal it's own damage off. Roost + Multi-Scale is a great combo too. Dragon Claw is just a filler move.
Heatran @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Timid
EVs: 6HP/252SPA/252SPE
Moves: Nitro Charge/Fire Blast/Earth Power/HP Grass
---
NitroTran is so pro. With one Nitro Charge Heatran reaches 417 Speed. The plan for it is to switch into a Fire move, Nitro Charged on the switch, and proceed to sweep. Fire Blast STAB power is sure to leave a dent to almost any opposing Pokemon. HP Grass gives good coverage over those pesky Ground and Water types.
Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252HP/216DEF/40SPD
Moves: HP Electric/Boil Over/Wish/Protect
---
Vaporeon is a great defensive Pokemon. It can take hits really well, physical and special. HP Electric is for Gyarados and other annoying threats weak to Electric. Boil Over is STAB and has a 30% chance to burn. Protect is for stall and wish is for recovery.
Kojondo @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Regeneration
Nature:Naive EVs: 220 Atk / 56 SpA / 232 Spe
Moves: U-turn/Stone Edge/Hi Jump Kick/me First
---
Konjondo is a great Pokemon! Nice Attack paired with good speed is perfect for a Choiced set. He is resistant to Stealth Rocks too. Also Kojondo Regenerate + U-turn is a great combo. Stone Edge gives him good coverage against annoying flying types too. Hi Jump Kick is STAB and will leave a mark on any switching in non-Ghost types. Me First works very well on other Choiced Special Attackers like Latios, and Gengar.
Heracross @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Guts / Overconfidence
Nature:Adamant
Evs: 4HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Megahorn/Stone Edge/Close Combat/Night Slash /Pursuit
---

With a Choice Scarf, Heracross becomes a very effective revenge killer to some of the more common threats. The moveset is fairly straightforward. Megahorn and CC for STAB, and Stone Edge for coverage, while the final slot gives perfect coverage – and can be used to trap a troublesome opponent such as Gengar. The Scarf allows it to outspeed all unboosted Base 130 speed Pokemon, which includes the likes of Darkrai, Shaymin-S – which Heracross can OHKO. Whether to go Jolly or Adamant is up to you, but personally I like Jolly to outspeed all +1 Gyarados, and revenge a weakened one with Stealth Rock, as well as outspeed Deoxys-A, and trap them with pursuit.

Re: Team Pudding!
Since Dragonite is support, have you ever thought about Dragon Tail? It could be used as phazing and would help with rocks as it forces switches and gets more damage on the enemy team. A huge threat I can see to your team would be Burungeru. It can toxic stall Vaporeon, takes anything from Kojondo, Heracross and Heatran fairly well and threatens with Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Surf, or Boiling Water.
